Caroline Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Evolution, one of the GCC’s largest and most diverse event production groups. With more than 20 years of experience across the UAE and wider region, she has led the delivery of major national celebrations, state visits and landmark events, combining creative vision with exceptional operational, logistical and project leadership.

Dave Clark is the Chief Operating Officer of Evolution, bringing more than 24 years of technical production, operational and event management experience across Europe and the Middle East. He oversees Evolution’s multidisciplinary teams and has led the delivery of major national celebrations, festivals and landmark events, combining technical expertise with exceptional operational leadership.

Tony Atkins is the Head of Experiences in the Scenic Department at Evolution, with over 30 years of experience in creating immersive scenic installations. Since 2021, he has led projects from concept to completion, blending creativity with technical expertise to deliver innovative, high-quality environments while managing teams and client relationships.

Head of Operations
Muhammad Irfan is Head of Operations and QHSE at Evolution, overseeing operational performance, compliance and continuous improvement across the business. With extensive experience in integrated management systems, health and safety, and sustainability initiatives, he drives efficient, practical solutions that strengthen performance, support growth and maintain the highest operational standards.
